ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON LOGO’S*, OR BRANDING KITS. Due to the nature of the product once purchased I can not refund. I understand life happens but once purchased, and I start on your design, we have to follow through.

*If you purchase a logo and I can not meet your design expectations or I don’t feel I can complete what you’re asking to my standards then I will offer a refund, and try and recommend someone who I think can accommodate you!
